The All Blacks are going to be playing South Africa at Soccer City at the end of August, and the tickets went on sale on 12 July 2010. I had my staff attend at the Computicket offices, because as usual, the Computicket website, www.computicket.com went down. It amazes me that whether it is FIFA or Computicket, these companies simply cannot get the technology right to be able to handle a lot of bookings for a big event on the same day. It amazes me, because it is always the same problem, it always has been and it has been going on for probably 10 years. One would have thought by now that ticketing companies or companies that are selling tickets for concerts or sports events would have this right, and you would be able to buy a ticket without any problems – but unfortunately that is not the case.

Going to computicket to get tickets is definately difficult & frustrating!! Perhaps they need to send their staff on proper training or get a new system?
But at the end of it for this match it is worth it :) !!

Thats nothing! I went to computicket with two of my friends with the idea of purchasing 60 tickets. They have a limit of 20 tickets per person, so we had to be 3 people. But what a big mistake! It took Computicket two and a half hours to process our transaction!!! Afterwards we realised that they did not give us the promised parking tickets, so we had to cancel the 60 tickets and repurchace another 60 tickets with the allocated parking tickets. What a waste of time!
